HOW DOES IT WORK?
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible to receive medications, you must be a patient at one of our 16 partner safety-net clinics in Northern Virginia & 300% below the federal poverty level.
PHARMACY FORMULARY
Formulary consists of 250 medications to manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma and others. There are no narcotics provided by the pharmacy.
PHARMACY LABELS
Pharmacy prescription labels can be translated into 24 different languages.
TURNAROUND
Medications are delivered to the clinics on a weekly basis for patients to pick-up.
