Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) are programs created by pharmaceutical and medical supply manufacturers to help patients who are uninsured or underinsured, purchase necessary medications and supplies. prescription medications may be made available at no cost or at a minimal fee.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

MEET THE INCOME ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

At NSC the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) requirement is 300%. Each PAP program may have a different FPL eligibility requirement.

RESIDE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Applicant must reside in the United States and be seen by an American physician.

MEDICAID DENIAL LETTER

PAP manufacturers require a Medicaid denial letter if the patient has no income or if the income is below the FPL.
