Northern Virginia: NOVA ScriptsCentral has launched a new feature and offering from their website, a searchable database for patients and the public. In a partnership with AuntBertha the NOVA Scripts Compass is a searchable database designed to allow users to search for free or discounted services in a wide range of industries and services. The service is free to all who visit the Nova ScriptsCentral website and is ready and functioning.
One mission of NOVA Scripts Central is to address social determinants of health. The NOVA Scripts Compass tool gives real-time access to social services and resources otherwise not provided by NOVA ScriptsCentral. The information generated in the NOVA Scripts Compass tool is continuously updated via the AuntBertha Database system with useful and pertinent information for every zip code in the country. It will also transmit VirtualHealth real-time data on patient referral status and impact analysis of services on patient outcomes allowing Nova ScriptsCentral to better monitor its impact on the community.
