NOVA ScriptsCentral assisted the Northern Virginia Dental Association Foundation at their annual Mission of Mercy free dental care event on Mar 14 and 15th, 2014. Held in the Northern Virginia Community College Medical Campus in Springfield, Va, approximately 1000 low income people without dental insurance were provided free dental care over the two day event.Volunteer dentists provided the dental care, and NOVA ScriptsCentral supervised the dispensing of free medications for those needing medications for their dental care. Among the many, many volunteers at this event were NOVA ScriptsCentral Volunteers, and students from VCU and Shenandoah Schools of Pharmacy. This year was one of the most successful ever!
